Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon and rookie Ja’Marr Chase are teaming up for a youth football camp next week.
Mixon announced the camp, via Pro Camps, in a tweet on social media Tuesday.
It’s the latest bit of fun outreach away from football for Mixon, who recently popped up at a LSU commit’s graduation party.
This also seems like the first bit of big non-football news we’re getting about Chase’s involvement in the local community. This year’s fifth overall pick should have a big impact on the field for the Bengals, but it was always going to be interesting to see how he played his part in the greater Cincinnati area, too.
